It’s an ingredient whose safety hasn’t been questioned up to now by anyone (at the least not that we know about). BG is authorised by Ecocert and is also used enthusiastically in natural products. BTW, it’s also a food stuff additive. I also like this is in a very tub, I do have some oil cleansers with a pump that do the job excellent, but I
